Must every remote control be programmed?
All our remote controls require programming. Only for replacement remote controls (Mak 40 E-Mak, MS) no programming is required – just insert the batteries and the remote control is ready for operation.
How to program the remote control?
If you want to program the remote control, read the user manual, where it is described.

Will remote control operate all functions from my old remote?
Our remote controls operate all functions of the original remote control. Some of the functions are available with the SHIFT key.
How to update a database of remote control?
Please go to the shop, where you bought the remote control. Seller contact us.
During programming the light-emitting diode does not respond to any button. What should I do?
Please replace the batteries with new ones.
During programming the light-emitting diode constantly flashes. Why?
 You entered an incorrect code. Please check again in the list of codes, the correct code for your device.
My device does not react to the remote control. What should I do?
You check:

  • do you chose the appropriate radio button device (Basic 3in1, Oskar);
  • do you enter the correct code for your device;
  • does your device react to the original remote control.
Remote control does not operate all the functions of the original remote control. What should I do?
You check:

  • system mapping feature original remote control in the code list (excluding remote controls Basic);
    Some of the functions are available with the SHIFT key.
  • do you enter the correct code for your device;
  • if the remote control still does not operate all the functions, please contact your seller, you must exchange or return the remote control.
I did not find my device in the list of code. What should I do?
You try the search function remote unknown or enter codes sequentially assigned to other devices the brand of your equipment and check the correct operation of the remote control.
I entered an incorrect code. Can I program the remote control again?
Each Elmak remote control has possibility of re-programming. 
I replaced the device model. Can I still use the Elmak remote control?
Yes, each Elmak remote control has possibility of re-programming. 
How to make a complaint ?
Elmak Ltd warrants the time indicated on the packaging of each product. Disclosed in this period defects will be removed or the device will be replaced with new ones free of charge within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device, along with proof of purchase to the company. The consignment must be accompanied by an exact description of the problem and how it arose and the exact address and phone customer.

In case of defect in the product, you can also take it to the point where it was purchased and ask the seller about the possibility of filing warranty through it.

Which damages not covered by warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, flooding fluids, conversely assumed batteries.
How long I wait for the consideration of complaints?
Complaints are dealt with within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the company.
